Shipping

Our shipping rates are based on your post code, and are passed on without a markup.  Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on the address you enter.

We ship to most places in the North and South Islands of New Zealand, however we are really sorry, we are unable to ship to Great Barrier, the Chatham Islands & Stewart Island. 

If any orders are inadvertently received from any of these regions, we will regrettably need to cancel your order and refund you the full amount.

Delivery

All deliveries should be delivered to you within 3 - 5 business days.

Expected delivery times for orders placed before midday are:
North Island - 2 business days
South Island - 3 business days 
Rural delivery please allow an extra 2 days.

Please note if you place your order on a Friday, we won't be able to send till the following Monday.

Please be aware that we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
