Mocktails

Whether you’re skipping alcohol or simply craving something bright and refreshing, these mocktails prove that great drinks don’t need spirits to shine. Bursting with vibrant flavours and built around the zing of Hakanoa Ginger Syrup and other natural ingredients, this collection turns simple mixers into memorable sips.

Perfect for warm afternoons, family celebrations, or just winding down after a long day, these mocktails are easy to make and endlessly fun to share. Grab your favourite glasses, some ice, and let’s shake up something delicious.

VIRGIN MICHELADA

  • Hakanoa Dry Ginger Beer – or for an even zingier version, Hakanoa Lime & Chilli Ginger Beer – well chilled.
  • Tio Pablo lime & chilli salt, or Lucky Taco citrus & chilli salt – 1 tablespoon in a saucer ready for dipping your glass.
  • Wedge of fresh lime
  • Tall glass – well chilled, (or filled with ice and then emptied)
  1. Rib the rim of your glass with the fresh lime wedge, dip the rim in the salt and shake off the excess.
  2. Pour your ice-cold Hakanoa into the glass, carefully avoiding the rim, squeeze in the lime wedge and serve.

APPLE PIE SODA

  • 1 tsp Hakanoa Chai – Spicy, Classic or Unsweetened are all good.
  • 100mls Cloudy apple juice – preservative free
  • 2 tsp’s lime juice
  • Soda water
  • Ice
  • Wedge of fresh lime & a shard of cinnamon stick to serve
  1. Half-fill your glass with ice.
  2. Add the Chai concentrate, apple juice & lime juice & stir well.
  3. Top up the glass with soda water.
  4. Poke the cinnamon stick through the lime wedge and pop on top to serve.

GINGER FIZZ WITH LEMON & MINT

  • 2 tbsp’s Hakanoa Ginger, Lemon & Organic Manuka Honey Syrup
  • Soda water
  • Ice
  • Sprig of fresh mint to serve
  1. Put ice in glass, add syrup & lime juice, smack your sprig of mint to release the aroma and drop it in glass.
  2. Top up with soda water and serve.

GINGER FIZZ WITH LIME & MINT

  • 2 tbsps Hakanoa Ginger Syrup
  • 2 tbsps’s lime juice
  • Soda water
  • Ice
  • Sprig of fresh mint to serve
